My 5 star review is hugely because of Jackson! From the moment I stepped in the salon, I felt like he rolled out the red carpet for me. I was honestly impressed because I was in a bad mood coming in and feeling overwhelmed, but he immediately lifted my spirits (with a little help from the delicious espresso martini he made) and my bad mood was gone! He constantly checks on you; and even when I forgot something in my trunk and needed to go grab it real quick, he offered to get it for me lol. You just truly can’t find any kind of customer service in today’s day, much less find the kind of care and joy that he seems to naturally exudes. His energy really helps match yours on a good, bubbly day or bring it up if you’re walking in not totally feeling yourself. I will absolutely come back here because of Jackson!

Talking about friendly and “customer focused” is what Aria Nail Bar is all about. I was about to walk out because when I walked in it looked “crowded”, but the gentleman at the front was like come in, stay, we got you. …and they took care of me! Awesome. I will be back!
